International Organizations

  • European Union - Gateway to European documents, statistics and lots more.
  • United Nations - News, documents, an overview and more.
  • Organization of American States - Members come from the Western hemisphere and address issues of peace, justice and solidarity in the region.
  • MERCOSUR - Trade and economics are the primary concern of this organization. Home page available in Spanish and Portugese only.
  • ASEAN - Association of Southeast Asian Nations, numbering ten member states, dedicated to promoting peace, supporting economic, social and political development.
  • African Union - Formerly the Organisation of African Union created to address economic, social and political issues on the African Continent.

  • Political Risk Yearbook - Go to the Online Research Resources page of the University Library and type in this title for history, politics, maps, and statistics of over 100 countries.
